Functieomschrijving
For our client, Doosan Infracore Europe, we are looking for a Service Manager (BeNeLux).
The Service Manager is responsible for the development of the dealer product support capabilities, providing technical support and guidance for technical issues, constantly monitor and review the dealer service level within his region.
A selection of your tasks :
- Provide technical support and guidance for technical problems to dealers
- Investigate quality issues and make clear report
- Ensure and follow up dealer servcei capability development
- Increase customer loyalty by conducting loyalty programs

Functie-eisen
- Technical Bachelor or Master degree with knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction equipment production/assembly, automotive or agriculture environment
- Hands-on experience in Service Management and/or support relations with dealers
- Solution oriented, open communicator, team performer and analytical
- Fluent in English, good in Dutch and French
- Able and willing to travel (50%)
