For our client DKV, the Belgian specialist and leader in private health insurance, we are looking for a Manager Back Office Sales (m/f).
In this function you are managing two teams and a broad range of activities. Your main objective is to coordinate and support sales initiatives in an efficient way in order to improve sales and servicing through all channels. Representing the sales teams you take part in the realization of large scale sales-projects like CRM implementation, key statistics, defining KPI’s. You are responsible for the team “Data and Studies” which provides sales statistics and sales data management. Next to that you manage the “Network Support” team which gives administrative support to the sales teams in servicing agents and brokers. Working closely with the sales managers and account managers you get a good understanding of the client needs. With the help of experts in other departments (i.e. IT) you develop data management and intelligent systems enabling smart statistical analyses and automated sales dashboards. You represent DKV also externally for example at the Distribution Commission. You prepare and deliver documents, reports and presentations to the CCO for the executive committee and the board. In this function you report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and are his right hand.
- Disposing of a master degree you have an affinity with figures and statistics
- At least 3 years of experience in the insurance sector, financial services industry or financial consultancy
- You have project management and/or people management experience
- Good leadership and excellent communication skills are required
- Thanks to your interpersonal skills you are able to unite teams and to break down silos
- You are an entrepreneur, engaging, inspiring and hands-on
- With a focus on clients you are fascinated by sales (processes)
- You have a fluency in French, Dutch and English
